    Abandoned vehicle towing in residential areas is handled by the Kansas City Police Department's Parking Control Section.

    To report an abandoned vehicle on a City street, contact the 3-1-1 Action Center at 311 or (816) 513-1313 or online. Disabled vehicles on private residential property (such as driveways and yards) are the responsibility of the Neighborhood Preservation Division.
