Regulated Industries Division
(Liquor Control, Adult Entertainment and Vehicles for Hire)
 The Regulated Industries Division of Neighborhood and Community Services Department oversees
compliance of a number of regulated businesses through the enforcement of City ordinances and state laws. This
division coordinates activities closely with the City's Police, Fire, Health, and City Planning and Development departments to
ensure those businesses, which are unique in nature, comply in all aspects with the law to ensure the health and
safety of our residents.
