An administrative regulation established standard contract procedures and coordination of contract processing activities for all city departments.The City created "Standard City Contract Forms" for use in City contracts. The City also created the "Central Contract File" that make all City contracts available for review in one place by the public and City staff.
Standard City Contract Forms: lists standardized contract documents, including documents that some contractors might be required to submit to City during various stages of the contracting process with the City.
Central Contract File: lists City contracts by contract date, vendor, amount, City department and contract description.
