  • The Office of Management and Budget, a division of the City Manager's Office, was established to develop the budget and create an improved management system for the City of Kansas City, Mo.

    The staff works with each department to produce the budget and seeks input from residents on how funds should be allocated. The division works to create a more productive and efficient City government by implementing and administering citywide management initiatives to improve the quality of life for residents.
