The office collaborates with a wide variety of regional partners as it works with directors of economic development, chambers of commerce, shippers, port authority directors, government leaders, tourism industries and international study centers at universities across the globe.

Kansas City Food Aid Symposium April 6

The United Nations Association of Greater Kansas City and the City of Kansas City, Missouri are founding partners of the Kansas City Food Aid Symposium, a pre-conference session to the eleventh annual International Food Aid Conference.

More than 700 participants will gather in Kansas City on April 6-8, 2009 at the Westin Crown Center Hotel. Participants from over 30 countries are expected to attend and learn more about food security / access, agricultural development, public-private partnerships, commodity and energy supply and demand trends. More
