    During the flu season, flu shots for adults and children are available at the Health Department 2400 Troost Ave., during regular clinic hours from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday. The clinics are closed from noon to 1 p.m. each day. Call (816) 513-6108 for fee information.

    At all of our flu shot clinics, for those who bring documentation, we will bill Medicare or Medicaid on their behalf.
