  • Complaints and concerns about the air quality in Kansas City may be made in person or anonymously by telephone to the Kansas City, Mo., Air Quality Program. All complaints will be handled promptly by a member of the Air Quality Program Enforcement Section.

    Please keep in mind when making a complaint concerning air quality that our records are open to the general public as required by the “Sunshine Laws” of our state and the federal Freedom of Information Act. If you wish to remain anonymous, please specify that when you make your complaint.
