he Finance Department provides fiscal leadership for the City in a manner that promotes its long term financial health and respects the interests of its citizens. To meet this mission the department provides financial services through several divisions: Director’s Office, City Controller's Office, Development Finance, Revenue and Treasury.

Our vision is to be an approachable organization of recognized experts in the field of government finance, passionate in our goal of a financially stable city.  We will consistently meet the emerging financial needs of the City, acting as a catalyst for change when needed.
