 | 6 p.m. Mon & Wed Swim Lessons | | Each session consist of eight 45 minute classes for one month in duration American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim programs are the most comprehensive and effective of their kind. Classes are available for people of all ages. Instructors will determine the correct level for each swimmer. All levels include water safety skills
Level I water exploration: orientation to the aquatic environment.
Level II fundamental aquatics skills: expand on fundamental aquatic skills.
Level III stroke readiness: increase swimming skills competency.
Level IV stroke improvement: introduce confidence and competency in strokes and
introduce breaststroke and sidestroke.
Level V stroke refinement: introduce butterfly, surface dive and springboard diving, and continue stroke refinement.
Level VI lifeguard readiness: develop efficiency and endurance for stroke, introduce flip turns, refine strokes, springboard skills and learn about advance rescue skills.
ADULT swim lessons: develop confidence and competency in aquatic and safety skills. |  |

| Adult Pottery Class | | Students will explore hand building techniques that include pinch pots, coil building, and slab building. We will learn how to throw on the potters' wheel and trim the pots that we make. The class will cover glazing and firing of the finished pieces. All levels of experience are welcome. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
$60 for 8 punch pass. Media/ clay not included. |  |

| Adult Beginner & Advance Class | | Beginning skills for adults. |  |
 | Beginner 1 | | 2 foot glide, 1 foot glide, forward swizzles, backward swizzles, backward wiggles. Each participant must pay a $13.00 fee for annual membership to the ISI for supplemental insurance. |  |
| Learn to Play Hockey | | Must pass through beginner 2 learn to skate class. There is an Additional cost of $13 for Mandatory Suplemental insurance. Participants must bring a check for $13.00 made out to ISI for annual memberships. |  |

| Youth flag football league | | Boy and girls 5-6
Cost $36 per person (fee includes team shirt)
Practices held Tuesday and Thursday, 6-8 p.m. Games Saturday mornings at Southeast Community Center. 8 Weeks program, practice first four weeks, games last four weeks. Your child will need a water bottle, tennis shoes, and their own mouth piece. |  |

| Family of 6 Summer Season Pass | | Summer Season Pass for Family with six family members. Pass is valid from Memorial Day - Labor Day 2008, during normal operating hours. |  |

| Kris Kringle 5K Run | | The “Kris Kringle 5K Run” is a challenging course that will provide enjoyment for all levels as an invigorating fitness activity. Runners will run across fields, up and down hills, and through historic Swope Park. Awards will be given to the first overall male and female finishers, and the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 14 & Under, 15 - 18, 19 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70 year young & over. On-line registration deadline is December 11, 2008. |  |
