The Kansas City Convention Facilities’ flexible meeting rooms give you lots of options. With 67,700* total square feet, the 9 rooms on Level 2 can accommodate more than 7,000 people in comfortable theatre-style seating. All meeting rooms are hotel-quality, with carpeting, sound-absorbing acoustic panels, adjustable lighting, individual temperature controls and simultaneous taping. The nine 2100 series meeting rooms include five retractable walls, allowing the rooms to be configured in a variety of ways. For example, Rooms 2103 A, B and C combine to create the Grand Hall, which can accommodate 2,000 people theater-style or 1,500 people banquet-style. Accessible from the north side of 13th Street, the 11,000-square-foot Lobby 2100 provides registration and pre-function space for the 2100-Series rooms, as well as escalator access to Exhibit Hall A. *Complex has a total of 126,104 square feet.
