Health Department receives two national awards

The National Public Health Information Coalition recently recognized the City of Kansas City, Mo., Health Department’s “Pandemic Flu PSA” with the Gold Award in the In-House Television Marketing category and the Silver Award in the In-House Radio Marketing category. 

The National Public Health Information Coalition includes public information officers and risk communicators from federal, state, county and city health agencies across the country, and the Republic of Palau and the Virgin Islands.
