Rich Noll Pacesetter Award

The Rich Noll Pacesetter Award will monthly be given to one or more City employees who have shown extraordinary service to the residents and businesses of Kansas City, Mo. Both City residents and employees may nominate potential award candidates for consideration.

Rich Noll, throughout his history of work with the City of Kansas City, Mo., exemplified the type of service that the City strives to provide its residents and businesses.

The type of service Rich Noll gave to the people of Kansas City continues to be performed by others throughout the City of Kansas City’s organization.

The City Council should recognize those City workers who give extraordinary service to the City’s residents and businesses, just as Rich Noll did during his life as a proud City employee.
