City partners with Spay & Neuter Kansas City to encourage residents to tag, license and microchip pets Wednesday, January 9, 2013
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Animal Health and Public Safety Division has partnered with local non-profit organization Spay & Neuter Kansas City to promote Project Tag License Chip (Project T.L.C.) to the community. Project T.L.C. is a new initiative to increase the reunification of lost pets in Greater Kansas City. Its goal is to tag, license and microchip 10,000 pets in 2013.
