Free parking offered tonight for those attending committee meeting
The City of Kansas City, Mo., is advising residents that the City’s Wolf Garage at 11th and Oak streets will offer free parking tonight beginning at 5:30 p.m. in support of those wanting to attend the Planning, Zoning and Economic Development Committee and Neighborhood and Healthy Communities Committee Joint Session. This meeting will take place tonight on the 26th floor of City Hall, 414 E. 12th St. at 6 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to consider the recommendation of the Redistricting Committee. This Joint Committee will be forwarding a recommendation to Mayor Sly James and the City Council in December 2011.
