City suspends livery vehicle driver for three days
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Regulated Industries Division of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department, and Ahmed Musa Saradih, a livery vehicle driver, have agreed to a three-day suspension of Saradih’s taxicab driver’s certificate.
The suspension will begin on Tuesday, March 29 and end Friday, April 1. The suspension is the result of Saradih’s attempt to solicit business illegally at the Kansas City International Airport. During the suspension, Saradih will not be allowed to operate a livery vehicle in the City of Kansas City, Mo.
