Phases I and II of City Snow Ordinance implemented
The City of Kansas City, Mo., implemented Phase I and II of the City Snow Ordinance on Dec. 30 at 6 a.m.

In Phase II of a winter storm, cars parked on designated snow routes will be ticketed two hours after the phase is implemented.
City of Kansas City, Mo., crews assigned to arterial, primary and residential streets are running snow routes as outlined in the City’s Snow Plan. Crews assigned to primary and arterial streets will work around the clock to remove snow and apply salt on City streets if necessary.
