City suspends liquor license of Harling's Upstairs for two days
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Regulated Industries Division of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department and the management of Harling's Upstairs have agreed to a two-day suspension of the establishment's liquor license. Harling's Upstairs is located at 3941 Main St.
This suspension is the result of violations of City ordinances. The suspension will begin April 9 at 6 a.m. and end April 11 at 1:30 a.m. As a condition of the suspension, the management of Harling's Upstairs has agreed to provide education, training and instruction to its employees about City ordinances. The Regulated Industries Division cited Harling's Upstairs with violations of City ordinance regarding not allowing minors on the premises, not allowing smoking in the premises, not allowing drinking on an unlicensed portion of the premises, and not selling to minors.
