The City of Kansas City, Mo., Public Works Department is alerting motorists that Main Street between 12th and 13th streets will temporarily close beginning at 6 p.m. The street is anticipated to reopen at 5 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1.

Artist selected for East Village project Monday, June 2, 2008
The Municipal Art Commission has approved the recommendation of a selection panel to have Gordon Huether create artwork for the East Village parking facility. The facility is currently under construction near 11th and Cherry streets. Huether will work collaboratively with 360 Architects to integrate original art into the facility.
