Auditions for youth talk show host and reporter to be Oct. 18
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Youth Advocacy Office, a division of the City Manager's Office, is seeking one host and one reporter for the youth-focused talk show “Youth Beat.” Auditions will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Oct. 18 at Hillcrest Community Center, 10401 Hillcrest Road.
Candidates must be a high school or college student and bring a completed application form with teacher/administrator recommendation letter to the audition. Applications are available at www.kcmo.org/youth.
Those interested must be able to research show topics, appear in four television shows and have basic communication skills.
