Second fall leaf and brush collection announced Friday, October 27, 2006
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Public Works Department announced today that it is adding a second fall leaf and brush curbside collection this fall. In addition to the previously announced first collection that is scheduled to begin Oct. 30, a second collection will take place between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The second collection is being added to better serve citizens’ needs in light of the warmer fall temperatures this year that have kept leaves on the trees longer. More

Filling Station to close and seek buyer Thursday, October 19, 2006
