City website experiencing outage
The City of Kansas City, Mo., is advising residents that www.kcmo.org and City data servers are experiencing an outage due to reoccurring hardware malfunctions. In an attempt to permanently resolve this reoccurring issue, data is being migrated to a new system. It is anticipated that this process will last through the weekend.
Residents who normally pay water bills online are advised to use the telephone payment option. This option may be accessed by dialing 311 and selecting option one.
As more information is availableor if the outage is resolved prior to the projected time, information will be released.
The City appreciates the public’s patience and apologizes for the inconvenience this outage has caused.
