The goal of the City's Premium Auto Auction is to provide opportunities for buyers to purchase vehicles at prices below retail. There is no reserve on these vehicles and they are sold to the highest bidder. Many of the vehicles were obtained through police actions and seizures. All vehicles are sold “as is” with no warranty.
