Water Services to perform valve repairs
on Wornall Road, Red Bridge Road
Water service will be off in the area Tuesday night to Wednesday morning
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Water Services Department will perform water valve repairs on Wornall Road between I-435 and Red Bridge Road, and on Red Bridge Road between Wornall Road and Holmes Road on Tuesday, Jan. 31 beginning at midnight.
City crews will excavate a valve at Bridlespur Drive and Wornall Road Tuesday during the day in preparation for the valve repairs at 104th Terrace and Wornall Road Tuesday night.
Motorists are advised to expect lane closures on Tuesday on Wornall Road between I-435 and Red Bridge Road.
Water service may be out beginning at midnight Tuesday, Jan. 31 for properties along Wornall Road south of 104th Terrace to Red Bridge Road, including the four southern buildings at Talisman Condos at 104th Terrace and Wornall Road. It is anticipated that water service will be restored at approximately 6 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1.
