City suspends liquor license of Millennium Super Stop for 28 days
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Regulated Industries Division of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department and the managing officer of Millennium Super Stop convenience store have agreed to a 28-day suspension of the establishment’s liquor license. Millennium Super Stop is located at 1603 W. 12th St.
The suspension is from Aug. 15 at 6 a.m. to Sept. 12 at 1:30 a.m. The suspension is the result of employees selling alcoholic beverages to minors, which is a City ordinance violation. During the suspension, the business will remain open, but alcoholic beverages will not be sold.
As a condition of the suspension, the managing officer of Millennium Super Stop has agreed to provide education, training and instruction to their employees about City ordinances.
