Neighborhood Advisory Council seeks to fill vacant positions

The City of Kansas City, Mo., Neighborhood Advisory Council is still seeking candidates to fill several open seats on the board. The council discusses proposed City policies and programs and makes recommendations to the director of the City’s Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department.
