Action Center provides assistance in Spanish
To better assist Spanish-speaking Kansas City citizens, the Action Center recently added Stella Cavazos, a Kansas City native who speaks English and Spanish, to its customer service staff. In addition to her language skills, Cavazos has extensive customer service experience.
The Action Center is the central point of contact for City services. The staff provides information and accepts suggestions for City improvements. Requests for City services also are accepted by the Action Center staff.
For assistance in Spanish and English, contact the Action Center by:
Visiting the Action Center office on the first floor of City Hall, weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Calling the office, (816) 513-1313. Recorded messages are accepted after office hours.
