City suspends liquor license of The Rhythm Lounge for two days
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Regulated Industries Division of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department and The Rhythm Lounge, a restaurant, has agreed to a two-day suspension of the liquor license. The Rhythm Lounge is located at 3535 Broadway.
The suspension will begin June 21 at 6 a.m. and end June 23 at 1:30 a.m. The suspension is the result of customers consuming alcoholic beverages on an unlicensed portion of the premise.
During the suspension, the business will be closed.
As a condition of the suspension, the Managing Officer of The Rhythm Lounge has agreed to provide education, training and instruction to their employees about City ordinances.
