Overnight valve repairs at 12th and Pennsylvania, 12th and Washington
may affect water service in the area
Water Services crews will be making repairs to two valves: one at 12th and Pennsylvania and one at 12th and Washington tonight between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Friday. Customers in the area of 9th to 12th streets, Washington to Broadway may have low or no water pressure.
“When valves work properly, crews can make routine repairs with greater ease and reduce the number of customers inconvenienced by repairs,” said Director Terry Leeds. “While the testing and maintenance to make this possible will create a temporary water outage, we will work to complete testing as soon as possible and return service to customers in a timely manner.”
