Parking and Transportation Commission to begin work

First meeting set for May 26

The City of Kansas City, Mo., has announced that the first meeting of the Kansas City, Missouri Parking and Transportation Commission will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday May 26 in the Marquis Room on the 4th floor of the Town Pavilion, located at 1100 Walnut Street.

The Parking and Transportation Commission was formed as outlined in City Ordinances 091067 and 100286 for the purposes of identifying, studying and making recommendations for addressing parking and transportation needs within the area of the City bounded by the Missouri River on the north, Woodland Avenue on the east, 31st Street on the south, and State Line Road on the west.
