“FYIKC” is a series of videos that provide residents with answers to their most frequently asked questions. Most of the videos are about two or three minutes in length and provide quick and easy-to-understand solutions.

“Time to be Well” is a four-part television series that walks viewers through several healthy, easy and delicious recipes and demonstrates several quick and effective exercises. The show is hosted by Kathy Barry, a registered dietician with the City’s Fountain of Health Wellness Program. Each episode also presents quick exercise demonstrations, such as agility training, cardio step-ups and compound exercises. The demonstrations are provided by staff from Fitness Source, a full-service fitness facility that is part of the City’s Fountain of Health Wellness Program.

Viewers may recognize a few faces on “Time to be Well” -- a few City Council members and City employees make guest appearances.
