The City of Kansas City, Mo. Water Services Department offers a variety of billing and payment options for your convenience and to save you time - so you'll never have to worry about late charges.

Online: To make an online payment click here. Customers must register to pay online. You will need your account number to register.

By phone: Call 816-513-0567 to pay by phone or check account balances 24-hours-a-day.

Automatic Bank Draft: Customers can sign up to have their bill automatically drafted from their bank account by completing the enrollment form and mailing it back to us. Download the form www.kcmo.org/achform.

In person:

• Water Services Department, Administration Building - 4800 E. 63rd Street
  Lobby Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Monday through Friday
  Drop-off box is on the north side of the building; payments may be dropped-off 24-hours-a-day.
• City Treasurer's Office, City Hall - 414 E.12th St., First floor
  Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Monday through Friday
