Summer Camps

Your kids will have the best summer ever when they attend Parks and Recreation Department’s summer day camps! Offered at community centers located throughout the city, Parks and Recreation summer camps make every day a new adventure. From hiking to swimming, science experiments and field trips, your kids will stay active, healthy and fit while having the time of their life. The 2011 summer day camps will be a blast.

Summer Enrichment Camp Brush Creek Community Center 3801 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64110 June 13 to Aug. 5 Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  $36 a week per person, plus weekly field trip fee. Ages 5 - 13 This program give children a fun, safe and educational summer camp.  Participants will take fun filled trips, learn new skills and make new friends.  For more information, call 816-513-0730.  Summer Enrichment Camp Garrison Community Center 1124 E. 5th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106 June 13 to Aug. 12 Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  $155 per person, plus weekly field trip fee. Summer Enrichment Camp Gregg/ Klice Community Center 1600 John "Buck" O'Neil Way, Kansas City, MO 64108 June 13 - Aug. 5 Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. $36 per week, plus field trips.
