Silver Sneakers An instructional chair exercise class for patrons who are members of Humana Health Care over the age of 50. Seniors engage in routines to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. Monday and Tuesday 10-10:45 a.m. FREE $1 per class for non Humana members

Silver Sneakers The SilverSneakers program is a walking and exercise program developed for seniors. SilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially-oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. Senior Cardio/ Weight Room Our cardio equipment includes treadmills, elliptical, upright and recumbent bikes and stairstep machines. You can strengthen and tone all major muscle groups on the circuit machines or functional trainer. Free weight equipment includes a half rack, smith machine and dumbbells from 5-100 lbs. Staff is available to help you learn the equipment. $15 monthly/ $5 daily

Golden Age Senior Club Come out and join our senior group that meets every Tuesday. Enjoy good entertainment, bingo, cards or just come meet some really nice folks. Participants are asked to give a $1 donation for entainment. Coffee, salty and sweet refreshments are brought in by the Club members on a weekly basis.
