Silver Sneakers An instructional chair exercise class for patrons who are members of Humana Health Care over the age of 50. SilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially-oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. Senior Cardio/ Weight Room Our cardio equipment includes treadmills, elliptical, upright and recumbent bikes and stairstep machines. You can strengthen and tone all major muscle groups on the circuit machines or functional trainer. Free weight equipment includes a half rack, smith machine and dumbbells from 5-100 lbs. Staff is available to help you learn the equipment. $15 monthly/ $5 daily
