Accompany an experienced naturalist on 1.1-mile hike through the limestone glade ecosystem. Then, return to Lakeside Nature Center to learn in person about live animals that inhabit the limestone glade. Must provide own transportation from hike site to Lakeside Nature Center. Wetland ecosystem

This five week science lab geared for home school students provides an in-depth study of major animal groups represented by Lakeside Nature Center's collection: mammals, owls, hawks, eagles, falcons, vultures, amphibians, reptiles, fish and invertebrates. One class of five is devoted to hiking Fox Hollow Trail on the grounds of Lakeside Nature Center. Wildlife for school assembly
