Cardio/weight room Cardio equipment includes treadmills, elliptical, upright and recumbent bikes and a stair-step machine. You can strengthen and tone all major muscle groups on the circuit machines or the functional trainer. Free weight equipment includes a half rack, smith machine and dumbbell from 5-100lbs. Bring your own FM receiver and tune to one of the TVs in the room. If any of the equipment is new to you, staff are ready and able to assist you while you learn the equipment.
Membership fees: $20 per month, per person (Adults ages 18-59 and Youth ages 15-17) $15 per month, per person (ages 60+) Daily fee $5 Youth ages 15-17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Youth ages 15-17 and their parent/guardian both MUST have a $20 monthly membership to use the facility. Workout clothes clean athletic shoes are required when using the cardio/weight room. Members/ visitors provide their own locks for the lockers.

College Prep Workouts Monday through Friday 12:30-2:30 p.m. FREE Ages 15 - 17 This program is for college bound athletes wanting to improve their basketball skills. Participants will do shooting, speed, agility and cardio drills/workouts.

Weather keeping you from walking outside? Come enjoy our climate controlled gym. Eighteen and a half laps equals a mile. Make friends while you walk to stay fit. Cross-Fit Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday, 6-10 a.m. Thursday, 6-9 a.m. $105 per person, per month $135 per month with a buddy $15 drop-in Cross-Fit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tractical operation teams, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Personal Training Tuesday through Saturday By appointment $35 per session up to 2 hours. Age 16+ (under 16 requires parental consent) Our Personal Trainer is ACE certified to assist you with your fitness and weight training needs. We will set up a personal program just for you and guide you through your workout, to help you achieve your maximum fitness potential.
