- Q. What do I need to reclaim my vehicle?
- A. Current title or registration and a photo ID are needed to claim all vehicles.
- Q. How much does it cost to claim my vehicle?
- A. The tow fee is $165 for most vehicles, and there is a $30/day storage fee.
- Q. What are the fees if my vehicle was stolen?
- A. The fees for stolen vehicles are $75 for the tow and there are no storage fees for the first four days. Regular storage rates start the fifth day.
- Q. How can I pay these fees?
- A. Money orders, cashier's checks and credit cards are the only forms of payment accepted. No cash or personal/business checks are accepted.
- Q. Is there a fee for viewing my vehicle?
- A. No, there is no charge to see your vehicle or remove personal property from your vehicle.
- Q. What if my vehicle is on hold with the Police Department?
- A. The hold must be released by the impounding unit before a vehicle can be released or viewed.
- Q. What if my ID or paperwork is in the vehicle?
- A. With other valid photo ID (i.e., driver's license, State ID, work/school ID, military ID, passport or any other government-issued ID) you will be issued a view slip to remove ID and paperwork only.
