Anyone who is applying for an employee liquor permit, an adult entertainer permit or an adult manager permit must submit to a criminal background check. Anyone who is applying for a taxicab driver’s certificate, a livery driver’s certificate, a sightseeing driver’s certificate or a pedicab driver’s certificate must submit to a criminal background check along with a driving record check. The driving record check will include all states for which the applicant has resided in the past five years from the date of application.
