Assist the City in identifying individuals

The City of Kansas City, Mo., Neighborhood and Community Services Department is asking the media and public to assist in the identification of two individuals captured on a surveillance camera in the 8100 block of Wabash Ave. Kansas City, Mo. at 2:38 p.m. on Jan. 24, 2012.

A series of seven images reveals the individuals as a Dodge Ram pickup truck stops on Wabash Avenue. Picket fencing is pulled from the pickup truck and fencing debris is left in the street. Image 0443 of the sequence is of sufficient resolution to allow a viewer to zoom in (directly below) and see the faces of both individuals.
