The Neighborhood Services Division (formerly the Center for Community Solutions) runs several programs to assist neighborhood and homes associations, block clubs and tenant watch groups, as well as many other community organizations. Our staff members are available to assist new groups, groups that have fallen dormant, and existing groups that wish to expand their effectiveness.
