Amenities
A copy machine, fax machine and telephone are available in the administrative offices in the east wing of the facility. Messages will be taken for incoming calls and delivered to the event/activity sponsor. The following equipment also is available: chairs, tables, extension cords, LCD projector, lapel/table microphones and water pitchers.
In addition, the center provides staff support to assist with any set-up requirements as outlined in your application agreement.
The parking lot is located on the south side of the facility (to the rear). Activities with overflow parking will be required to provide additional security to monitor and direct traffic flow.
Security
The center provides one staff person and one security officer for groups of fewer than 100. The center will provide additional staff support for larger events as needed. However, additional security needs will be coordinated through the City Security Office and/or the Police Department's off-duty officers pool at the user's expense.
