| Enterprise Systems Division |
 The mission of the Enterprise Systems Division is to provide support services for city business software applications, both enterprise and department specific. Division functions include: - PeopleSoft Support - Maintains and supports the PeopleSoft Applications as liaisons between the technical and functional resources and vendors, as well as providing issue management and resolution. Also responsible for technical development, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Municipal Systems - Maintains and supports all activities for applications utilized by the City departments, including both department specific applications such as Revenue and enterprise applications such as KIVA, GIS, Cashier for Windows, etc.
- Municipal Court - Maintains and supports all systems and applications used by the Municipal Court Staff for Judicial business processes.
- Web Services - Maintains technical presence both for the City's internet and intranet. Also provides solutions to support business strategies through interactive application development.
