
The mission of the Administration Division is to manage financial resources and core business processes for the department so that its business goals can be realized.
This division provides acquisition and maintenance of the following:
- Budget Management Section -- manages financial resources required for technology programs and projects, ensuring that finances are accurately and responsibly projected, allocated, reported and expended.
- Administrative Support Services Section -- manages core business processes that support the procurement of material and/or human resources for technical programs and projects so that business technology solutions can be implemented.
- Contract Administration Section -- ensures all technology contracts follow established guidelines and procedures and that all contacts are properly logged and stored.
