The goal of the Fitness Source personal training program is to provide a safe and motivating environment for members to experience the benefits of physical exercise with a trained exercise specialist. The objectives of all fitness programs offered at Fitness Source are to assist participants in improving their cardiovascular health, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility. Working with a trainer will give our members the personalized attention they deserve while working together to reach their health and fitness goals.

Payments are made to Fitness Source by cash, check or credit card. Gift certificates are available.
Scheduling an appointment
We have several trainers available by appointment only. Please visit with a Fitness Source staff member in the center or by calling 816-513-1382 to receive a list of trainers and contact information. All appointments are set by the individual trainer. A personal training contract will need to be completed and on file with the Fitness Source prior to appointments being scheduled.
