The Property Preservation Division improves, repairs and supports the housing stock in Kansas City, Mo., by using energy conservation, restorative and maintenance programs funded by City, state, federal and private money.

The division administers the Home Weatherization Program, Emergency Home Repair Program, and the Paint Program. The services provided by these programs are delivered through private and community partnerships. Learn about services provided by other home repair assistance resources.

The division also has prepared a summary sheet of requirements to the weatherization process for funds allocated through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) of 2009.
