The Minor Home Repair Program assists Kansas City, Mo., homeowners who live in the Washington Wheatley, Blue Hills and Ruskin neighborhoods and who meet specific income guidelines. The program’s repairs include roofing, plumbing and painting, along with work to electrical systems, furnaces, driveways, private sidewalks, tree removal, windows, doors, handicap ramps, and functional landscaping. This program was developed with the assistance of the Housing Asset Recovery Program (HARP) and is funded through the Affordable Housing Program of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Iowa.

office on the 11th floor of City Hall, 414 E. 12th St. Applications will be accepted until funds have been exhausted.
