2011 process for City prioritization of low income housing tax credits
As part of the full Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) application for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, applicants are asked to demonstrate local support for their development project and receive a certification of consistency with housing strategies and goals in the 5-Year Consolidated Plan.
