Children and adolescent immunization walk-in clinic schedule
A special message from the Kansas City, Mo., School District:
"The Kansas City, Missouri School District will not allow a student to attend school until the district has satisfactory evidence on file that the student has been immunized, or, that the student is exempted from obtaining immunizations in accordance withthe laws of Missouri."
Regular clinic hours:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (registration closes at 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays)

All childhood immunizations are free of charge.
Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by parent/legal guardian. If child is not accompanied by parent or legal guardian, then a letter, written and signed, from the parent/guardian must accompany child. The letter needs to include the parent/guardian's name, the child's name, the name of the person accompanying the child and a number where parent/guardian can be reached.
A copy of child's previous shot record and the child's social security number are needed.
Adult and international travel clinic schedule
Adult and travel immunizations are available by appointment only. Clinic hours are 8-11:45 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thurdays (registration closes at 12:30 on Thursdays). Please call 816-513-6128 for availability and appointment scheduling.
TB skin tests are available on a walk-in basis in the Adult and Travel Immunization Clinic at a $20 fee for those who are not part of a TB investigation. Those who have been contacted as part of an outbreak investigation will be tested in the TB clinic. Available times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8-11:45 a.m. and 1-4 p.m.
Pregnancy tests are available by appointment in the Adult and Travel Immunization Clinic at a $20 fee. We can bill Medicaid for this fee for those who provide proof of coverage. Pregnancy tests may also be obtained at no charge through the Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic if the patron wishes to be tested for STDs.
