The Facilities Services Division provides centralized facility management for the City.

Services provided include corrective and preventative maintenance, building operations, facilities renewal and renovation, space allocation and energy management.

The division is responsible for over seven million square feet of built space and all City-owned assets with the exception of parks, water and aviation facilities. The division’s administrative office is on the 24th floor of City Hall.
