The development of this comprehensive strategic plan is a result of the hard work, diligence and leadership provided by Fire Chief Richard Dyer, Local 42, IAFF President Louie Wright, Local 3808, IAFF President Pat Dujakovich, and the members of the Kansas City, Mo., Fire Department labor/management partnership.
