Submitting this form does not guarantee our participation in your event. Nor does it provide permission for use of our name or logo in any advertisement or connect us in any way to your event.
Please be aware that even though approved, if there is inclement weather on the day of the event we reserve the right to cancel. Other matters such as emergencies or personnel availability may preclude our participation as well. As a result it may be necessary to reschedule our participation. In that instance, please contact us to reschedule.
Fire department participation is limited to public awareness, educational or instructional functions. Scheduling and participation in birthday parties or similiar events, are not permitted.
